A very beautifully done tattoo with a bluejay and a red cardinal on a bare branch. There are some bright blossoms in orange, pink and purple.
Interesting fact (and possible meaning behind why someone would get at least a cardinal tattoo): The cardinal is the state bird of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia, & West Virginia. The blue jay is not a state bird of any of the 50 states. This is probably due to the fact that, unlike the cardinal, the blue jay is a bully type bird, and also has a grating call.
